Body
For men, as a genral rule, the number of inches measured will equal your size, when measured correctly, by sure to measue your body, do not measure over shirts or slacks.
Chest
with arms a sides, masure around your upper body unded your armpits and over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure your natural waist at the hight you normally wear your pants.
 
Hips
Stand with heels togather, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
 
Sleeve
with arm bent at 90 degrees, place hand on hip, start at the center of the back of your neck and measuer accross the dhoulder to the elbow then down to the wrist.
 
Inseam
Measure a similar style pant that fits you wll, measure from the croth seam to the hem
